invoice is issued with 14 days net to your company.

Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Delivery
Normal delivery takes place within 1-3 days after order.
Conditions for delivery are also specified in the checkout under the respective delivery method. If nothing is specified, 1-3 days delivery time applies after the order is placed. If an article has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective article. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
14 days open purchase
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.
If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the article being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the article from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
